I have hopped over the mountains and landed in the far away lands of Denmark. I have bravely battled “jet-lag” with the help of wonderful lattes & pastries while wandering about various castles and museums. I have awoken each morning to the happy chattering of songbirds and somehow the sun has also been a constant companion thus far. I am excited to see what designs and ideas my sketchbook will reveal as I continue to muck about and play in the danish delights. While here I feel a closer pull to the color blue, clean and simple design styles with a water heavy influence. I patiently wait for my sketchbook to reflect these pulls, though through my journey here my mind still seemed to be set on spooky season, creating fun but halloween-themed sketches on the plane. I am sure the coastal characters will soon flush themselves from mind to paper and I will share with you the creative creatures I create!
