The Charming Life of a California Doodle

The last time I was in Southern California I had a moment where I had the urge to simply stop walking and survey my surroundings. Every which way I turned I found myself looking at a familiar scene, a pair of humans walking forth with some sort of a Doodle strutting its stuff alongside them at the end of the leash. Every size was of Doodle was represented, different colors and cuts but without fail each dog I saw was in fact a doodle. It was then that I realized the State dog of California must be the soft, hypo-allergenic, sassy and cuddly dog breed: the Golden Doodle.

Armed with my sketch book and iPad I immediately knew what must be immortalized: the fantastic life of a California Doodle. Cruising down the coastline on the trendiest of long boards, this doodle is feeling fine and fresh with her new fluffy fur waving in the wind while her diva sunglasses shield her eyes from the blinding sun. Just a doodle watching the palm trees passing by, checking the surrounding surf and having general fun in the sun without a care in the world. Afterall, it's a doodle's world and we are just living in it.
